Create Support file

Create

A CLI tools help pack up the logs file for analysis

HOSTNAME:support> create
CUBE_VERSION_DATE-TIME_HOSTNAME.support

A support file is created and save in /var/support/CUBE_VERSION_DATE-TIME_HOSTNAME.support you can download it with sftp/scp

Download

plug in your usb and run CLI : support> download

HOSTNAME:support> download
1: CUBE_VERSION_DATE-TIME_HOSTNAME.support
Enter index: 1
Insert a USB drive into the USB port on the appliance.

Enter 'YES' to confirm: YES
Copying...

Copy complete. It is safe to remove the USB drive.

** Note: the support file format is zip, it can be decompress with unzip
