A CLI tools help pack up the logs file for analysis
A support file is created and save in
/var/support/CUBE_VERSION_DATE-TIME_HOSTNAME.support you can download it with sftp/scp
plug in your usb and run CLI :
HOSTNAME:support> download1: CUBE_VERSION_DATE-TIME_HOSTNAME.supportEnter index: 1Insert a USB drive into the USB port on the appliance. Enter 'YES' to confirm: YESCopying... Copy complete. It is safe to remove the USB drive.
** Note: the support file format is zip, it can be decompress with unzip
