Create instance Snapshot

The Create Instance Snapshot function captures the current state of a virtual machine, including its disk and configuration, allowing you to create a reusable image for backup or future deployments

Create Snapshot

1. Navigate to Project > Compute > Instances, choose desired instance, than hover to More.

   

2. Hover to Backup & Snapshot at the drop down menu, than click Create Snapshot from drop down expended.

   

3. Name the Snapshot, than click OK to proceed.

   

4. Navigate to Project > Compute > Instance Snapshots to verify that your snapshot has been created.
