建立日誌檔案

CLI 工具可協助打包日誌檔案以供分析

    controller:support> create
    CUBE_VERSION_DATE-TIME_hostname.support

系統會建立支援檔案並儲存於 /var/support/CUBE_VERSION_DATE-TIME_hostname.support，您可透過 SFTP/ SCP 進行下載。

下載日誌檔案

插入 USB 裝置並執行命令列介面：support> download

    controller:support> download
    1: CUBE_VERSION_DATE-TIME_hostname.support
    Enter index: 1
    Insert a USB drive into the USB port on the appliance.

    Enter 'YES' to confirm: YES
    Copying...

    Copy complete. It is safe to remove the USB drive.

資訊

支援檔案格式為 ZIP；可使用 'unzip' 進行解壓縮。
